• The Agency Unlimited licence is intended for one business or individual deploying Nano Cart on sites they build, manage, or host
• It is not a redistribution licence you cannot resell the licence key, share it publicly, or hand it out to third parties as a substitute for them purchasing their own licence
• If you build Nano Cart shops for clients, your clients can use your wildcard licence on their domains as part of the project you delivered that's covered
• If you set up an "agency" purely to share one licence across unrelated buyers, that's outside the licence terms

Privacy and verification

• Verification runs locally on each server using cryptographic signature checking
• No phone-home, no telemetry, no external API calls
